REGISTRATION INFORMATION & CONFERENCE COSTS
This fee covers lodging, six meals, conference program, and free onsen admission. Please register as soon as possible.

EARLY BIRD (if paid before Dec 1)
Y23,000 – shared Japanese style room
Y29,000 - Western style room for 2 with bath

REGULAR (if paid by January 10)
Y25,000 – shared Japanese style room
Y31,000 – Western style room for 2 with bath

LATE (after January 10 – include copy of payment)
Y29,000 – shared Japanese style room
Y35,000 – Western style room for 2 with bath

Bring your daughter at a cheap rate 
(Age 14+)
Y15,000 – shared Japanese style room
Y21,000 – Western style room for 2 with bath

WHAT TO BRING: Casual dress, warm socks/slippers, towel, wash-cloth, Bible, a bag to carry your materials and a coffee mug. Sensible outdoor shoes, and warm outer clothing will help maximise enjoyment of the outdoors. If you desire, bring extra money for the Sunday offering. You can also bring books, devotionals, or other items for the Sharing Table to display or give away. You need not bring a snack unless you agreed to do so on your registration form.

PLEASE NOTE: We regret that there is no childcare available; only nursing infants may come with you. The conference will be conducted in English; translation will not be provided.

HOW TO REGISTER: Two Parts

1) PAYMENT: Use a Postal Money Order (furikae) to remit your money. Pick one up at any post office and send it to the following account:

Be sure to write your name and address in Roman letters. Please remember to allow 5-7 days for the money to reach our treasurer and be recorded.

2) REGISTRATION FORM:

Fill out and submit the online registration form. Alternatively, print off the PDF version  (free Adobe Reader may be required) and fax or mail the completed form to Sarah Oba at the address below.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel in writing by January 15 all your money will be returned (less postage.)
